Yesterday we had reports of some customers having problems accessing their domains, which turned out to be DNS related. We have received a confirmation from our domain registrar ENOM that there was a system-wide latency issue with some of their DNS servers; which is what caused the service interruption.
This would have only affected customers who are using ENOM DNS servers.
