We have been advised by one of our providers that they are currently the target of a large severe DDOS attacks. We are constantly in touch with the provider to get the latest update. The datacenter team is investigating the root cause and trying to identify the source of DDoS attack. We have contacted all affected customers directly.


Presently, they have unplugged all the servers from network to prevent the impact on the servers and rerouting the network traffic to another route. We are still waiting for the datacenter to get our client servers online. Unfortunately, there is no ETA currently however we will notify you once we have an update from the provider.


Datacenter team has identified the root cause of DDoS and banned the IP address from where DDoS attack has been generated. There was nothing from/to our servers.
